Where do you deliver?
Your order can be delivered to any address in the world. This can be your home, workplace or another location.

Delivery Outside UK

For goods delivered outside the UK mainland, postage will be amended at the checkout automatically. Prices may vary, however as a rough guide - For Europe £3.00 will be added onto UK postal charges, seen below in our postage price chart. For outside Europe, postage will be double that of UK postal charges seen in our postage price chart. There may be times when actual postage costs varies a great deal from what you are charged at check out. If this happens, then we will send you a separate paypal invoice for the balance. We will inform you by email beforehand if this is the case.

All items will be posted 1st Class the next working day wherever possible or by courier service. If you require guaranteed next day delivery please contact the store and we will try our best to arrange this for you.


How much does delivery cost?
For orders under £4.99, delivery is free of charge.  For the UK we charge delivery from £3.50 per orders, priced over £5.00. Please refer to the price chart below for our postage and packaging costs in the UK. Multiples items can be placed on one order, with one delivery charge. If you spend £100 or more, delivery is free.

When will my order be delivered?
Delivery is by Royal Mail and for the UK takes up to 3-5 working days after payment has cleared. If your order does not arrive after 7 working days, please email us at and we will track the order for you. Transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods. There may be times when we use a courier service and this is usually a next day service.

For deliveries outside of the UK, please allow up to 2 weeks after payment has cleared.

Can I track my order?
HK Collection offer delivery by Standard Royal Mail Postal Service, which means customers cannot track orders themselves. If you would like your item tracked then this would require a surcharge as per Royal Mail postage costs. To track your order requires recorded or registered delivery service, not standard first class post. If you would like to be able to track your order yourself, then please email us at and we will be happy to arrange this for you.

HK Collection is committed to recycling wherever possible and we re-use cardboard boxes from our own deliveries when sending out orders to customers.
